I need a win 7 driver

Click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll through all of your devices or for Windows 7 click start right click on computer select properties in the left pane device manager scroll through all of your devices. If you see a yellow question / exclamation mark ? ! or a Red X you will need to update the drivers for this device right click select update driver/reinstall driver software. If you can see your usb device but its not working scroll to Ports(Com&Ltd) right click to update driver If you computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it. or you might have to download them Rather doing a driver hunt which can take hours. Windows XP/Vista/7/8 This might take some time being a freeware driver solution Note: The Driver program will find all of your outdated drivers This will automatically search for and find the correct driver you will have to update every driver individually once you update you might be asked whether you want to restart or make a system restore point. Click no to both of these then continue updating each driver free then restart once all of the drivers have been updated. also at cnet on the home page you should see a search tab just type in what you are looking for IE: Motherboard name sound drivers. Place a tick in either windows software or all software box. You might have to try a few times to get it right. Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8 free driver program Windows XP/2003/Vista/Server 2008/7/8 free drivers Device Doctor is a freeware Windows application that scans your computer hardware and checks to see if there are new driver updates available for your devices. It also locates drivers for Unidentified Devices in the Windows Device Manager. This tool was designed to be very simple and easy to use free program, paid update available Hope this helps.

Not recognizing the wireless networking card. Drivers already loaded.

If your laptop is not recognizing your new wireless card, a simple solution often exists. Diagnosing a specific problem with a wireless card, at first, doesn't seem like an easy thing to do; but there is good news--more than likely, the problem can be fixed in a few simple troubleshooting steps.
jQuery('.intro .thumbnail').each(function(i,e){ jQuery(e).find('img').one('error',function(){ jQuery(e).remove(); }); });
    Repair the Network
  1. reasons-not-recognize-wireless-card-1.1-120x120.jpg jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('#jsArticleStep1 span.image a:first').attr('href',''); }); Repair ConnectionSometimes, after installing new devices, your wireless networking software within Windows can be thrown off-sync. This can cause your laptop not to recognize your wireless card. To fix this problem, you must repair the network adapter. To do so, restart your computer. Then go to "Start > Control Panel > Network > Internet Connections > My Network Places > View Network Connections". You should now see your wireless networkmag-glass_10x10.gif connection. Right-click on it and select "Repair". Windows will then automatically repair and restart your wireless connection. Need Driver Update
  2. reasons-not-recognize-wireless-card-2.1-120x120.jpg jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('#jsArticleStep1 span.image a:first').attr('href',''); }); Driver UpdateThe drivers that came with your wireless card allow it to work with your computer. Often, manufacturers do not include the latest version of drivers with products. Thus, the drivers your received may not be compatible with your current operating system configuration.

To get the latest drivers for your model, visit the manufacturer's website. Most of the time, there will be a "Support" tab located at the top of the website. From there, look for a drivers button that will allow you to download the latest firmware update. If you still cannot find the update, try doing a search for the firmware update using your favorite search enginemag-glass_10x10.gif. Use the wireless card manufacturer, model number, and the word "firmware" as search terms. Wrong Drivers
  3. Aside from needing to update your drivers, you may have received the wrong drivers altogether. If you think this may have happened, uninstall the software that came with your wireless card. To do this, insert the disc that came with your wireless card. Then, you will be given a couple of options. Choose "Uninstall" and follow the wizard. Restarting the computer may be required. After you have done that, go to the manufacturer's website and look for drivers specifically for your product. Search for the exact product number. After you have found the drivers for your card, install them by simply clicking the link supplied to you. This will download the drivers. After that, open the download and navigate through the installation wizard. Faulty Wireless Card
  4. reasons-not-recognize-wireless-card-4.1-120x120.jpg jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('#jsArticleStep1 span.image a:first').attr('href',''); }); Damaged GoodsIf you have gotten this far and still have no wireless, you may have gotten a lemon. You have already determined that it is not the software and it's not your computer; so it could be the hardware. The only way to get around receiving a faulty product is to contact the place of purchase as soon as possible. If they are unwilling to do an exchange, go straight to the manufacturer. Most of the time, manufactures offer a longer warranty then distributors. Wireless Card Not Compatible/Installed Incorrectly
  5. reasons-not-recognize-wireless-card-5.1-120x120.jpg jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('#jsArticleStep1 span.image a:first').attr('href',''); }); Installation MistakeCheck to see if your wireless card and your computer hardware are not compatible. To analyze this, double-check to make sure that you installed the card properly. If the card has been installed incorrectly, you may notice certain things such as bent pins and improper alignment. Double-check the directions and try to insert the card correctly to fix any errors. If it still does not fit, you probably purchased the wrong card and it is not compatible with your computer
Please post your feedback if the problem resolved as epr your satisfaction.

Step 2. Hover over the Support tab and click on Linksys.
Step 3. Type in WUSB54GSC in the product field.
Step 4. Click on the first entry that is presented and this will take you to the product page.
Step 5. Click on the Downloads tab
Step 6. Select your Version, which is Ver 2 and you will be presented with options.
Step 7. Click on the Driver Download option which will allow you to download the driver program as a zip file.
Step 8. After the file is downloaded, right click and extract the files.
Step 9. Open up the extracted files folder and double-click on the Setup.exe file to start the Setup Wizard.
