CE is a general communication error. If you do not see any other error codes on the unit Check wiring between Main Control Board and User Interface Board. Replace User Interface Board. If problem still exist, replace Main Control Board.

I ended up buying the parts from Electrolux - cost $384 plus tax. The repair is relatively easy and you can do it yourself. My problem was locating the main power board - who would have thought it would be behind the front kick plate attached to the bottom of the refrigerator.
