Question about Samsung Televison & Video
Alot of these have bad capacitors on the power supply board, they will dome or puff up, that will cause this. It is not a DIY job caps have to be the right size and polarity has to be correct or they will blow up. Another problem can be the inverter board that keeps the back light lit. In some units the inverter is part of the LCD panel.
