If you have a Minolta copier.... You did not say a make or model..... If I were you I would take the new toner you just installed and close the front door and turn the copier OFF then back ON and let the copier come to ready... Then reinstall the toner bottle and test... If the code comes back.... you have a bigger problem.... Good Luck

Tips for a great answer:
If the machine is throwing the C0070 code without the bottle being inserted than likely the worm gear of the little drive motor of the toner bottle holder is damaged.
If C0070 is only coming up with the bottle inserted, than the bottle may be wrong or damaged from previous attempts.
To reach the toner bottle holder ("hopper") mechanism you have to remove the rear cover.
