how to hook up tv converter box to toshiba MD13N3 13" TV. Box is connected but no signal.

- I forgot to add that I am trying to set this up in a fifth Wheel Trailer with a winegard sensor 2 antenna, I also installed the wingman attachment to the antenna.Thanks.

- I turned on the amplified booster for the RV antenna, and the tv and converter box are working.
Thanks To Coyotedave, I can receive 22 digital and 12 analog TV programs.

Not enough signal from the antenna. You may need to replace it or add an amp.
