Also check the thermostat as these can fail and stop the oven working. If that is OK, then check the operating switch.

Where is the thermostat located in the main oven of my Creda Europa Solar oven. Thanks

Depends which thermostat you are referring to.
Thje main oven stat is on the control panel, and is marked with the temp, the sensor being located at the top rear of the oven compartment.
The other stats are located at the top of the oven outer casing under the the top cover. you need to remove oven from housing to access these.

How to fit creda thermostats

It depends on which make and model of tumble dryer you have as to how easy it is to replace the relevant parts. Some tumble dryers have heating elements that are easily accessible by removing the back panel, and can be tested for continuity or checked for obvious burning out or open circuit. Others though have their heating elements inside, which aren't accessible without stripping the dryer down we will try and cover as many as possible in or video tutorials section. Tumble dryer heating elements are always protected by thermal fuses and thermostats which are usually simple devices with 2 wires connected and have a bimetal strip inside them. They can be tested for continuity with a test meter.
The problem is that if a stat (thermostat) or t.o.c. (thermal overload cut-out) has gone open circuit, it may be for a reason. Overheating could have caused it by not being able to vent the air due to a blockage some ware. Blocked filters or even the machine not being allowed its ten minute cooling down period, Overloading can cause it as well. Sometimes they can go for no apparent reason. A blocked or severely kinked vent hosecan also cause overheating.

If you have not replaced the thermostats, then I would suggest that you do so, as .it is usually the stats that cause the prob.

Thermostat don't work

hi! there,
how do you able to test thermostat,i've experiencing even i buy a new one it doesn't work w/ at all same spec, before i put it on a new one i've test it with multitester setting in resistance R1 hook it on two terminal, thermostat is a switch, then
the filler bulb of thermostat soaked in ice bucket or cooler styrofore filled with ice, observed in 12 minute or 15minutes if will click off. the pointer of tester will deflect at rest position or high resistance, meaning the thermostat is working good,if you pull out the filler bulb it click on again and it has a connection again,if has no click or no response to tester for a 30 minutes this thermostat is defective.if you dont have tester ,service extension light can be a tester, connect terminals of thermostat it on a series connection, same process with the tester, have a nice day, regards
