My ipod nano doesn't appear on the itunes screen mhen i connect it to my computer, how can i sincronize it?

Well it sounds like a problem with the cable prehaps...
what you should do first is go on a freinds computer and see if it will connect on theres .
if it does that then it means that your computer is not reqonizing your ipod.... that may be a usb problem

but before u lose hope make sure u test with a diffrent cord and test on another computer..

Is your ipod nano fully charged? and your installed iTunes the latest version?
Please make sure it is charged, and the new iTunes is downloaded and installed from here please do the following steps:
Connect ipod nano to PC. Make sure iTunes is already open prior to connecting it.
If this is the first time you are connecting then your PC will automatically install Apple Mobile Device Driver.
Once installation of the driver is complete, you should see the ipod nano logo appear within iTunes very soon. and start using it.

The ONLY way to resolve this issue without the code is to restore using iTunes.
How to restore iPod (ARTICLE NUMBER HT1339)

For Mac users "iPod does not appear in iPod Updater or iTunes in Mac OS X Under some circumstances, iPod appears in the Finder in Mac OS X, but does not appear in the iTunes Source list or does not appear in the iPod Updater. Symptom iPod's disk icon appears in the Finder, but it does not appear in the iTunes Source list or in the iPod Updater. Note: The iPod may appear in iTunes, but not in the iPod Updater. Important: If you are using iPod shuffle, you must have 10.2.8 or 10.3.4 or later to connect it to your Mac over USB.
