Unfortunately, your particular Casiotone keyboard does not have an online user manual because it was produced before user manual were hosted online as pdfs.

At the top of the page of the user manuals for Casio products (http://www.casio.com/support/manuals/) it states that "If you need a manual to be printed and mailed to you please call 1-800-706-2534 option 1". They have a processing fee for this, but the results from my own digging around for scanned MT-series keyboard manuals indicate that the 210 model is a hard-find, so calling Casio's toll-free line is the easiest option for you right now.

Please check to see if the master on/off switch located on the rear of the unit is switch to the on position.

there is a master on/off switch in the rear of the unit that must be turned on before the buttons on the tv or remote will work.
