You dont activate caller id,when you get a call it shows the caller info,if it doesnt,check with your phone company to make sure you have caller id service.

How to reset time and Date?

It must get the date and time from Caller ID when it gets a call. When I first set mine up, the date was 01/01 and time 12:00. Now after receiving three calls, the date and time are correct.

Need owner's manuel

to set the date and time you have to push the store button, then the arow keys up or down to get the right menu, it will go thru several things. to set date and time, ect. the arrows are the buttons by the caller id window.
