Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
If you pull out the paper drawer, maybe lifting up on it as it's almost all the way out, the drawer should come out. Then you can look into the area where the paper is fed from. Either you have a sensor out of place or bad or maybe the rubber rollers that grab the paper are dirty. You might try using a rag dipped in water and wring it out real good, then turn the rollers and try to scrub them clean. Alot of the smaller machines don't use sensors, the machine assumes that if paper doesn't get to the registration area within a certain timeframe, then it is out of paper. So try cleaning the rollers. Good luck. Colin
