There are several kinds of codes.

• One is the Security code. It will be 0000, 1234 or the last 4 digits of your phone number unless you have changed it. If you have forgotten, press your menu key and it will ask for the Security Code. Which is 000000 unless you have changed it. If you have changed the security code and have forgotten that as well you will need to have the phone reflashed as there can be no access to it.
  
  If however you are talking about the Unlock Code aka Subsidy Unlock Code to use your phone with another service provider other than the original intended service provider then you will need to contact the original service provider and ask for the Sub-lock code which will be 8 digits.
