Call the free tracfone number from a different phone and have charged tracfone in hand. It is usually on a postcard, letter, instruction booklet, or you can find it doing a search on the internet.

you cant kuz tracfone doesnt support those carriers. you can get a goPhone but not a tracfone. i had the same problem

You need to call an operator of tracfone and talk to them. They do everything through the computer and if your card becomes locked... which only takes like 4 tries... because i've done it... it will need to be unlocked by the operator... Good Luck! Talking to operators isn't fun... but it's necessary.
