Snow blower attachment M02462X052302 will it fit a GT262 tractor? Attachment and tractor are John Deere.

I see snow blowers as an option but 262 is not included in the list.

It says it fits 212,F510,F525,GT275, Lx172,LX173,LX176, LX178,LX186,LX188,LX255, LX266,LX277,LX277 AWS,LX279,LX280,LX288, LX289,STX30,STX38,STX46

Not to say you can't make it fit but it will take some work.

Best,

Joe

John Deere LX277. Engine won't stay running when

I would check the air filter, but I doubt that is the general problem. I would think that would have started the problem, but, You most likely tried to start it "right after you washed it",,,and you might have sucked, (for lack of a better word),,some condensation, "water", into the carb....in which case,,,,best scenio,,,,Spray a bit of carb cleaner into the air intake, but only after you clean",air filter" that before. And if that doesn't work,,,,then you would have to clean and drain the water out of the gas,,,,,and carb...............Check the spark plug too, and clean it,,with ethanol in our gas now,,,,,,,,,,,It can really mess with just about anything.....my car and my lawn mower....are a constant "mess"
