hi i think your phone is storing the received files in phone memory .since phone memory is very limited your phone is not able to accept new files. your have to change the setting from phone Memory to memory card 1:got to setting 2:bluetooth 3:setting 4:FTP setting 5:shared folder 6:change it to memory card folder ( before doing these steps make folder in memory card) 7:Ok
Connect USB lead, open "My Computer" access the memory card on "Removable disk (G)" - This will list the files in the "Music" folder. Open up my computer again & drag the files from the "Music" folder to the "Sounds" folder. When you then disconnect the USB the files will be in the "Sounds" section of the Media Album on the phone and can be played back. Hope this is of some use.
You need to copy all your files from your memory card onto your pc, then format the memory card in the phone using them menu. Then copy all of your files back into the correct folders that the phone has created on your memory card.
