Question about Fisher RS939
The HDTV remote control worked until we had to get a new HD box. Spent on hour on the phone with Comcast as she tried many codes. She said the tech that origially set me up years ago must have known a code to get the remote to work for the volume on my Fisher Stero. I have the audio output from the TV into the Fisher Stereo surround sound. Can't get the volume on the cable remote to work.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: How do I hook up
You have to have audio outputs on either your TV or VCR/DVD to input into your stereo. Look for the red and white RCA connectors. Most TV's have RCA inputs for audio and video but not always outputs. VCR/DVD players all have audio out so if you have one of these units connect a RCA cable to a input of your Fisher amp. I hope this helps
