Hi, there is no lamp door and it doesnt have a lamp neither since your tv is a CRT (Cathodic Ray Tube), only DLP's and LCD Projection TV's, For this issue you will really need to consult it with a Repair Center, CRT's are very frindly to fix, and it could be a issue on a small component if it is it will be very cheap to fix.
