I have a wave ceptor 4303. Even with the manual I can't get it to set the correct time. It sets to about 3 hours and 40 minutes off. I even had the battery replaced, it still doesn't help. Anyone have a suggestion?

My problem is that this watch after I activate the time keeping mode dosen't adjust to the correct time after I scroll through and adjust the seperate modes. Who can help me?
