If you repair it yourself you automatically void the warranty, you're much safer to just send it in and pay for the repair if it is not covered by the warranty.

Lg stylo2 cracked at bottom right under the home keys and some of the glass is missing now but half of my screen works the right half the left half is unresponsive. is there any way i could fix myself

It's a definite NO! The touchscreen has to be replaced.

The only option you have would be to get it to a qualified phone service repair/service centre/point.

If you are tech-savvie, you could give your phone a go at repairing it yourself but the risk you is you could damage it more than the way it is at present.

Materials you require are as follows:
1. Set of Torx allen keys.
The specific touch screen that correctly matches your phone/the already damaged one.
3. Probably, Soldering station and rework equipment

The screen of my 2g 8gb iphone fell and know the phone is unresponsive it wont turn on at all

you will need to replace the screen. Or take it to the apple store they will do it for almost no cost and in some cases upgrade you to the 3gs for free! (as a former apple store employee we did this on a regular basis for older model phones)

Bottom section of the screen is unresponsive on applications.

did you drop it because you probably disconnected one of the wires search it on Google if you want to do it yourself or you will have to get a new iphone or you can get a 3rd party repair

I dropped my phone today and now it wont work

When you dropped it you loosened up the digitizer connector which is number 2 under the screen. Open your iPhone and resit that wire firmly back in. That should fix the digitizer not working.

If its a 3G just unscrew the 2 screws at the bottom and use a suction cup to remove the screen. Easy. But if its a 2G then Good Luck.

Unable to unlock my phone

Your device might have a problem in the touch screen.

In iPhone 2G the touch panel and the LCD screen are one unit that cannot be separated.

You shoud try to replace the iPhone screen with a new one and the problem should be fixed.
