Question about Microsoft Computers & Internet
Hey there, viruses are usually pretty easy to clean up. Go to the following link and save the file to your desktop. Restart your computer, hold in F8 as soon as it powers back on. This will take you to a screen that will enable you to start in safe mode. Select safe mode, when the desktop opens, click yes in the window, then install the file you saved (malwarebytes). Once installed, run a full scan, it will find a the files for the virus, then click on repair. You should be good to go. Let me know if you need anything else.
