Hey there, viruses are usually pretty easy to clean up. Go to the following link and save the file to your desktop. Restart your computer, hold in F8 as soon as it powers back on. This will take you to a screen that will enable you to start in safe mode. Select safe mode, when the desktop opens, click yes in the window, then install the file you saved (malwarebytes). Once installed, run a full scan, it will find a the files for the virus, then click on repair. You should be good to go. Let me know if you need anything else.

If you have older browsers like Internet Explorer 6 or 7 - they will quite often show errors while opening. You can try to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8 (for Windows XP) or Internet Explorer 9 (Windows Vista and Windows 7).
Opera browser strictly follow standards and sometimes doesn't support non-standard web applications.
Therefore I would recommend to use either Google Chrome or Firefox 4 as your default browser. As for the above mentioned browsers - Opera and Internet Explorer there are no easy solutions for now.

Applicable for all window XP (all edition, all PCs and Laptops)

Hi there,
If you are getting trouble after the updates of internet explorer..

Then I would suggest you to Roll Back it to the original Internet Explorer (i.e Internet Explorer version 6.0)

Which come up with Installation of Win Xp with Service Pack 2.

Bad Effect due to IE 7.0 or higher version:

Screen hang up, internet freezes abruptly, prominent windows crashes anytime.

So to stop these problems, better to run with lower and safe version of IE:

To remove Internet Explorer 7 from your PC use the following methods

Method 1: Use "Add or Remove Programs" to uninstall Internet Explorer 7

Step 1: Use "Add or Remove Programs" to uninstall Internet Explorer 7

d. Follow the wizard instructions to uninstall Internet Explorer 7. Also remove if any updates under this entry found.

Last time i delete my internet explorer how i can download it again?

Directly from Microsoft using another computer. Go here
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/worldwide-sites.aspx
select the country and operating system than download the installer (as in Save, not Run). Move that installer on a USB stick, plug that stick in your pc and launch the installer.
But for security reasons i recommend you to install a different browser - in my opinion Opera  http://www.opera.com/   is the fastest and safest of them all. Again download the installer, put it on a stick, put the stick on your pc and launch it.

This is a generic problem which windows in working on resolving.

Please you can download Opera, Mozilla Firefox, CometBird, Safarietc.

They work really good and are faster than Windows Internet Explorer.

Download from any other system, save the setup file, copy to your system and run the setup to install.

Remember to make it your default browser so internet explorer will not come up except you decide to try it again.

Thanks for using fixya.

How do i unblock social websites like facebook and

Try alternative browser such as Mozilla Firefox and Opera

The easiest way to try if it’s possible bypass blocking of MySpace is to use an alternative web browser such as Mozilla Firefox and Opera. This hack will work if system administrators apply the contents URL filtering and blocking via Internet Explorer settings of Group Policy, which works only on Internet Explorer browsers. Thus, Firefox and Opera are not affected by the restrictions that applied via Group Policy and the access to MySpace or other blocked sites are granted. When I try to open internet explorer an error box pops up saying There is a problem with internet explorer and this has to close.

Internet Explorer would sometimes act like this when you have multiple toolbars or addons installed. Try this:

- Go to the control panel
- Go to internet options
- Go to the programs tab and click on manage addons
- Disable all unnecessary addons

This must work

Internet explorar has stopped working

Download and reinstall internet explorer from: Internet Explorer : Home page.

If that does not solve the problem, then you may have a virus or malaware.

Download Spybot-S&D and do a complete scan.
