Problem for Dell Dimension 4600 PC Desktop
Dell A960 Printer is set to "offline"
I've had this system for 4+ years. All of a sudden my printer is set to "offline" and I cannot print even a test page.
Online help instructions indicate to right-click on the printer's icon & to select "online".
But, there is no such selection displayed.
Previous troubleshooting remedies are often OVER MY HEAD, so please, if there's a simple way to describe this "fix" in your reply, I will appreciate your efforts!

Which version of windows are you running? You may be able to double click on the printer (in the same place you are right clicking it) and from the File menu there usually you will find an "Online" or "Place printer online" option.. something along those lines.
