My washer stops at the rinse cycle with a code E:13 showing. It washes and then starts the countdown for next cycle but stops and beeps like it is done but the error button shows and nothing else happens. Any suggestions.

John-I have the same problem. I called service, they told me to unplug it (or turn off the breaker) for 30 mins, then turn back on. That should reset it. However, for me, it didn't do a thing. He said if that didn't work it's time for a service call.

Put the washer on cold and run "TWO" cycles. There is too much soap or fabric softner.

The 03 error code is the drain. Disconnect the drain hoses and
check for blockages, look for block at end of exit hose. If no blockage "time" the drain interval. If
it's more than 6 minutes it's the pump. Also make sure you're using the correct
type of soap so the ball check valve on the bottom of the outer drum isn't
getting fouled with excessive suds. Also disconnect the drain hose from your
house plumbing and let it free flow on it's own. This will tell you if the
blockage is in your plumbing and not in the machine.

Timed out on drain cycle, basically you either have an outlet blockage or something is trapped in the pump, you can check the pump by opening the bottom right flap on the front panel, manually emptying the w/m and checking the pump filter for coins etc. Also, check the outlet isn't blocked.
Good Luck.
