Check operating and high limit thermostats. Just check all thermostats and thermal fuse non resetable. After that is done check heating element. Good luck Be sure & check thermostats something is not shutting it off. Timer may be stuck in cycle.

Whirlpool supreme LER7646EQ2 won't heat up

The heating element is no good. They break after years of use as they heat up and cool down over and over, they wear out. The part is cheap and yes it is easy to replace. Turn your dryer around, and take off the screws to a short piece of metal that has "vents" in it. It should be sticking out a bit compared to the rest of the dryer back. normally 2 or 4 screws holding it there. You'll see the element. Just pull it out, take it to the appliance shop or Sears and get another element. Go home, stick it back in there and reconnect the panel you took off. Cheap part, simple'll be surprised how well it heats after that.

You have a bad thermostat, flame sensor, thermal fuse, gas valve solenoids, or the high limit thermostat. Below is a video to walk you thru the diagnostic testing and repair.

My dryer turns on just like normal, the time is just like normal, the heat is just like normal, the run time goes down to a minute about 15 minutes into the drying time, and the dryer plays it's little...

I would try a couple of things.

1. Clean the filter, the vent, and the vent tubing.

2. Clean the dryness sensor (the little prongs you see sticking out down in the filter area) with a toothbrush wet with isopropyl alchohol.

My dryer has no heat adn will run all night

If it's sensor dryer then it's absolutely normal to run all the night, as it stops only when the load is dry. And for the heating Take the unit apart and check the heating element.
If you need more info give model detail.

Good luck

Whirlpool electric dryer ran all night and won't heat

Yes it will heat. The two are normally not dependent on the other. The element could be bad. Check the breaker first, then the connections in the back, then the element. The timer could be bad itself allowing it to run all night. This could be a blessing in disguise as the clothes would have been damanged possibly from all the excess heat.
