Have hooked red to red and white to white. no sound
What did you plug into on television. Make sure it is Audio Out could be wrongly connected to component out or Audio in. Have you plugged in and turned on the AC power pack as this could be another possible cause of problems as the sound bar requires power. You may have a faulty AC power pack or power point.
I looked it up on Ilive's web site

If you plugged it into the AUX in on the back you need to select Aux inputs (indicated by a white light) on the speaker. Do you have the user manual if not it is at http://www.iliveelectronics.com/fileuploader/download/download/?d=0&file=custom/upload/File-1380574738.pdf
