toshiba 40inch tv model#40RV525U while moving an armor fell across the screen. at first glance looked like only a small scratch on screen. when plugged in the tv it has part of the picture blacked out and lineS...only a small portion across the top is there a visable picture. the tv is only 6 months old. can't it be repaired?
