try to reinstall the driver and update its firmware if available and test other writing software and other brand of Cd or Dvd. if same thing happens, it appears to be with the drive and you'll need to get a replacment for it

This drive will play movies but no sound. i get sound off of cd but no sound from dvd

the problem is the media player youre using, i would recommend using vlc media player http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

My dvdwriter read cd not dvd [lite-on] and make noise when try to read dvds i did install decoader.asswell but meybe lens problem?

It sounds like a lens problem, correct. If it is reading CD's , but making noise and not reading DVD's, sounds like you need a new drive.

My dvd writer can read cd/dvd can burn DVD-r but in DVD+r cannot

You could try a diffrent program (Like Roxio). Nero is not the best for burning DVD's of any kind

Nero problem

You should reinstall your nero software and DVD/ Writer should be on master and CD rom shoul be slave. Then it will work at all.

Does it read any other data disks?

If it doesn't read anything, but behaves normally otherwise (ejects when you hit the eject button, spins up after you insert a disk, etc) you probably have a bad DVD drive.
