i dont no how to get the sound to work on my laptop...
i have 2 speakers and a subwoofer pluged into my laptop, but i cannot get any sound to come out... PLEASE HELP!!!!

-   I connected all wires, no sound comes out. My laptop plays cd's but with a tinny sound, so i PUT ALL MY HOPE INTO THE SPEAKERS. Please help -   Guest

-   my problem seems to be in the wires. sometimes if I move them just right(who knows what that is) I get great sound for a long time. Apparrently I have jiggled a wire unknowingly and no sound now again.-   Joan

Hi Branchy, what brand of laptop is? did you put in the right slot the (out) SPK, verify this , and see if you can play your CDS, also check if not in mute, if problem persist, I recommend use a USB sound card and prove again, sometimes internal sound cards on laptops give problems, also check your BIOS if your sound card is DISABLE, enable again.

I have just bought a 6519 hp desk top. I hooked up my TDK S-60 speakers to it and worked for 1 week. Could this speakers not be compatable for this PC? Should I look for a driver to install on the PC? Please help

my sound card works fine since i use other speaker.
all wiring between sub & speaker including power cord.
all i hear is "tap" on sub & speaker when plug/unplug power cord.

appreciate your inputs.
