Stihl don't publish manuals as such, they want to preserve their dealers. An HS80 is not complex and if you go to Barretts Small Engines online they have exploded parts pictures which should be all you need to strip it. Stihl do owners manuals online.

Check fuel lines, filter and carb... Sounds like a poor fueling issue. clean and replace carb diaphrams. Check gaskets between cylinder and carb.

Remove the plug and insert a length of old pull cord into the hole, makin sure to leave some to pull it out with. Also making sure the piston is at bdc, you turn the clutch counter clockwise

carb needs to be tuned. check your local repair shop.

Most likely a fuel starvation problem, check and clean carb,check fuel lines for air leaks
