Blower fan in the freezer is making a vibrating

MOTOR DC EVAP FAN is making a vibrating sound.. everything seems to be working fine except fo the loud noise.

Does this need to be replaced?

only if the fan noise is driving you crazy. the noise is probaly the motor starting to go out. you can replace it. it might save you money in the long run to replace it, if it goes out you could run into bad food in your fridge.
