When turned ON, screen shows ?Access? and lens

When turned ON, screen shows “Access” and lens moving in and out two or three times with yellow light beside viewfinder blinking, then “Turn the power off and on again”. Turning power off and on again doesn’t do anything. Can anybody help please?
