mcdevito75 here, It could be a sealed bearing in the motor you here, Check online with Bosh Blender .com, contact them. Or see an appliance repair shop in yout area, if it is a bearing in the motor, a replacement blender may be your best bet.
Lo siento si mi español es malo - Yo uso un traductor. Contacto Dito Dean y debe ser capaz de conseguir un manual. Número de teléfono Dito Dean debe estar en la propia máquina. Por lo general, será sellado en la parte posterior o inferior. Buena suerte! :)
Contact the manufacturer. Most retail stores will not have manuals, so the best way to go is to contact them directly so that they can get it for you (and, a lot of times, they can get it for you for FREE!!).
Their contact number should be stamped somewhere on the machine (usually on the bottom--might be stamped directly into the plastic, so make sure you have it in really good light when trying to read). Good luck! :)
When the lights are flashing, this does indicate that an electronic part has failed. This blender is no longer manufactured, so finding replacement parts for it may not come easily. Repair centers are available. I would recommend calling Kitchenaid Customer Service to see what they can recommend for you.
