One possible cause is the settings -White Balance.
Make sure the white-balance is set to auto and check if any changes to your subject and photo.

SOURCE: LCD Screen does not work properly

Your camera works just like a film camera SLR,. You use the eyepiece to frame and focus your picture. The LCD screen is for reviewing pictures taken or menu operations. You cannot preview a shot on screen before it is taken with the camera.

SOURCE: Canon 40D LCD Wont come on buSY flashes in view finder

Okay, this is simple. Your camera can take several pictures at one time in a burst. However when you release the shutter button your processor takes a second to actually SAVE the pictures to the card in the camera. One thing than has helped me in my wedding photography business is to buy the fastest speed cards I can find. It significantly reduced my "busy" time.

You can reset the camera to factory settings. If after that, you still have the same problem, make valid the Canon warranty since it's 4 months old.

Date Stamp on the uploaded picture

The date and time (and a lot more) are always stored with each picture in its EXIF metadata. Just about any photo editor/viewer should be able to show you this data.If you want the date stamp printed, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print. Depending on the program and printer, you can print the date stamp on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

How do i send pictures from my phone to my facebook account

Hi ellen70,

If you have a USB cable you can connect it to your Desktop or Laptop first, or if you have Card reader, you can also insert the Memory card.

Then follow this step how to upload photos or pictures, create album in your Facebook account:

1. Go to your profile and click Photos under your profile picture.
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click the + Upload Photos button.
3. Click Select Photos then choose the photo files you want to upload. To upload multiple photos at once, hold down the Control button on your PC, or the Command button on your Mac, while clicking the image files.4. Click Open once you've selected your photos.
5. After you select photos to upload, you'll see a prompt to choose an album title, privacy setting for the album and photo quality.
6. A progress bar will show you the status of your upload. Once it's complete, click the blue Create an Album button and you'll be directed to the new album.

Hope it helps.

I have taken a picture of myself with my digital camera and have transferred the picture to my computer. How do I get the photo into facebook?

After logging on, click on the "Profile" tab near the top of your screen. Once there, select the "Photos" tab (again near the top) where you can either create a photo album or add a profile picture. Select "Edit profile picture" and then click on "Browse"-- you must then find the photo you uploaded to your computer. Once you locate that file, double click on it.

That window will close and you'll be back to the Facebook photo upload page. Check the box that says you agree with the terms and conditions and then click the blue box that says "Upload Picture" Voila!

Can't get pics to my mac computer, won't transfer.

When you get the popup from iPhoto don't click on any iPhoto buttons. Instead, click on command+tab and change to your Finder application (leaving iPhoto open in the background).

1) Create a new folder on your Desktop or in your Pictures folder. This is where you will copy your photo files.

2) Click on File, then New Finder window. Size these finder windows so you can see both of them at the same time. In the second window, go to your computer, and then to the drive that represents the memory card in your camera.

3) Drag and drop to copy the files from the camera's memory card Finder window to the new folder Finder window, dropping the files into the new folder on your computer's hard drive.

4) Use command+tab to change back to iPhoto. Cancel from the import warning window. In iPhoto click on File then Import to Library

5) In the import dialog tell iPhoto to move the photos (not to import them in their current location) so that iPhoto puts the photos in the same place it put your other photos when it imported them directly from the camera.

If you can't do all of these steps, tell me how far you got, and what happened.
