Having to REBOOT Constantly! (by 2 users)

I started losing TV2 but TV1 was fine. Now TV2 is always offline and TV1 will only come up with Menu, 6, 1, 1 and changing to TV1 from TV2. Then I can watch TV for a while, but only TV1. Sometimes I must reboot before I can make it work manually. I seem to be spending more time fiddling than watching TV. So far the Dish Network has not been out due to scheduling conflicts. They wanted me to pay also for the service. I convinced them otherwise when I mentioned some of the details on how the installer did short cuts on install day. In fact he skipped the mandatory step to ground my dish.
