My 1987 gmc sierra had a 305 fuel injected in it. i swapped it with a 350 fuel injected., it ran great for a month. took it to get a new exhaust, they called me up when it was done and when they went to move it off their hoist it wouldnt start. i brought gas, didnt start, changed fuel pump, didnt start, changed fuel pump relay didnt start, checked all fuses under driver side dash, all ok. I can hear the fuel pump relay click over. my fuel gauge works. and i know for sure my fuel pump works because i can jump it off 12v and start the truck and it runs great.
i took my test light and im not getting any power.
The inline fuel pump fuse on the passenger side firewall is good? Are you jumping it with 12 volts at the test lead or the fuse?
You checked the fuse on the firewall right.

i just ran a wire into my spare ignition port off of my fuse panel under the driver side dash. i can hear my fuel relay click when i flash it up. theres just no power getting to my fuel pump and i tryed tapping into my wire with 12v at the other end and put the tester of the other end and had power so i know its not the wire running back to the fuel pump.
