Problem for Toshiba Satellite M45-S355 PC Notebook

Toshiba Power Saver Utility disappeared

my Toshiba Power Saver Utility disappeared, I can neither use my FN utilities such as reduce screen brightness, nor customize my power save, and now my laptop goes into hibernation every time I am away from it for more than 20 min, and when I adjust it in screen saver within windows it continues to do the same thing
