Indesit WG924PG does not spin

On normal cycle my washing machine spins only very slowly, leaves clothes wet. Sometimes speeds up to medium speed and slows down again, speeds up & slows down...
Is there a control unit I can replace? Is it easy?

Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.

Atlantis MAV6260AWW is not spinning at full speed, its agitating while spinning leaving cloths very wet .

check under lip of washer or around outside of tub. A garment may be in the void between tub and basket. It won't always slow down spin cycle as it may roll around when spin cycle is on but occasionally it will ball up and jam between the basket and tub thus decreasing the spin speed. Socks are a common problem and if you are sometimes whiffing a foul water smell that is the article of wet clothing that has remained wet for some time.

The fast spin cycle on my creda 1000 will only spin slowly, leaving clothes wet,any thoughts

Hi,

This machine has a variable spin-speed setting. You can set the spin-speed RPM (between OFF and 1200RPM) using the smaller dial located next to the main wash programme selector dial.

I hope I'm not stating the obvious, but appliance "faults" are often simple and don't require taking the machine apart or calling a service engineer. If you've already tried the above suggestion and your washing machine is still spinning slowly, please post back and I will try to assist you further.

Regards,
BElectric

LG front load washer/ clothes still wet after final spin

The heavy jacket prevented the washer from spinning at a rapid pace, so I added a heavy bathrobe to absorb some of the water and to balance the load. The washer then spun very quickly and drained out all the water.

Clothes wet, doesnt spin fast

Check the drain spigot, where the drain hose attaches to the drain trap under the sink/tub.There may be a blockage in the spigot which is causing the water to drain very slowly and therefor not allowing the machine to spin at normal fast speed.
