The home screen on my brand new iphone 3Gs

the home screen on my brand new iphone 3Gs suddenly magnified itself and got stuck. I can't access my code to open the phone or anything.

I had the same problem
First hook up to your computer and synch it on itunes. Then reload the system software. That may solve your problem but if not it will remove the passcode so you can get in.

Go to settings, general,accessibility, set Zoom to OFF

did the trick for me...
