I find a id on global net in USA but i don't find it the id is SAB.SINGH@SBCGLOBAL.NET

As a result of the merger with Yahoo! you can also access your SBC Global email through the Yahoo! email website if you wish.

The web address to create an Sbcglobal email account is www.sbcglobal.net but now it is merged with Yahoo! To form AT&T Yahoo! When you will write www.sbcglobal.net you will be directed to my.att.net and there you can create your account.

Just go to Yahoo.com and click the email link on their home page.
That will take you to your log in page.
Then type in your sbcglobal email address
SBC is Yahoo/AT&T.

Have an old speedstream 5100 adsl modem from SBC. Would like to use it with new AT&T service. Problem is I have no Installation CD. Havnt used modem in many many years, tho I'm 99% sure it still...

1. In your web browser browse to »192.168.0.1 This address will be located on a yellow sticker on the bottom of your modem.
2. The first screen will ask you for your Modem Access Code. This also will be located on the same yellow sticker.
3. At the login screen type in your SBC/AT&T member ID and password.
4. Click Connect.
5. If everything is successful you will get a screen that says, "You Are Connected." and your Internet light will go solid green. If you username or password is invalid you will get a screen stating such. If there are other problems you will get a screen stating, "The DSL connection is down."

Cannot get my router to connect with my westell modem

You do not need to bridge your modem or router. I set up a linksys 4 port router with westel wire-speed and could web to both. You need to ensure that the modem is not handing out dhcp. you will also need to find out what the ip scheme is on the ethernet side of your modem. Most frequently it is 192.168.x.x You will then need to set up your router's WAN interface (so labeled) to be on the same scheme. Use DHCP on your router and you should be good to go.

I know I left out some details, but I don't want to type a book if you are comfortable digging on the internet or can take it from here.

Cause The SBC DSL modem SpeedStream 5100b, used on new DSL and Yahoo SBC DSL installations since Feb. 2004, causes the NETGEAR router Setup Wizards to fail, and prevents routers from connecting to the Internet. This problem affects many router brands. The modem can be distinguished from the earlier 5100 by a 5th light labeled "Internet". The SpeedStream 5100b's default configuration is "PPPoE on the Modem" ? matching a built-in PPPoE client convenience feature that sends login ID and password to SBC. To Work Around These Issues, Configure the Modem for Bridged Mode Note: In Bridge Mode you cannot to connect to the modem's configuration menu, except by resetting it as described below. 1. Disconnect the router from your network, and connect the computer directly to the SpeedStream modem 2. Open an Internet browser. 3. Type 192.168.0.1 in the browser address field and click Enter. Don't go to the next step until this is finished. 15. Power on the router and wait for 1 minute. Don't go to the next step until this is finished. 16. Power on the computer. 17. Log in to the router by typing 192.168.0.1 in your browser. 18. When prompted, using lowercase letters, type admin for the user name, and password for the password. Some older routers use 1234 for the default password. If you forgot your router password see http://www.fixya.com/ThreadView.aspx?thid=102081&prdid=252188 19.
