Question about Philips 27PT543S 27" TV
Unfortunately, when it starts taking longer before the picture pops up, it is the picture tube going bad. And the picture tube is the most expensive part of those tpye of televisions. My sony did the same thing. I hope your television is older and at least you got your dollars worth. If your not into a flat screen television, the tube type televisions are a little cheaper, you just don't get the picture quality of a lcd or plasma screen.
