sorry. its junked. i'm on my second env touch and its doing the same thing. the first one would start randomly sending blank reply texts to whoever was at the bottom of the text history. the only way to stop it was to open the phone and delete the history... then it would just click constantly. i was replaced with a "refurb" phone. worked great... till yesterday. now its starting the same thing. the "unlock slide" hangs about 1/3 of the way up.
hold the phone up.if you see a dark variable line and/or small dark circles in the otherwise silvery reflection on your touch screen, its bad. there really isnt much of a fix that i'm aware of, other than replacing it.
Your light engine is bad and needs replaced. I have a tip at http://www.fixya.com/support/r4251975-replace_dlp_light_engine which explains the problem, how to fix it and where to get the parts. Let me know if you need more help. Thanks for using FixYa and for the great rating.
Seems front screen layers got some dust or some thing that you see as big circles. Need to apart front bazel assembly of TV, remove front screen and clean it carefully because it can be broke easily.
If the player is laying flat with the screen facing left, you will see a large circle button and two buttons above the circle. The button on left above the circle is the power button.
To start playing music: Press the button in the middle of the large circle with a small triangle facing the right (the play button)
To stop music: Pressing the same button mentioned above will pause the music while pressing the power button I first mentioned will turn off the unit completely and stop the music as well.
take the front bottom black panel off. it pulls off. unscrew the little panel in the middle. reach up and pull the wires down gently. unplug the 2 conectors gonig to the big metal frame holding the screen in. unscrew the 2-4 screws holding the big metal frame. pull up put screen on sheet to protect it. unscrew the screws holding both of the screens in. Pull apart and clean
