So I guess nothing else to do but to get it to boot from a SD card with Android 4.1 on the SD Card, It appears your's is corrupted, there is a number of sites where you can download along with directions to make an Android boot card. Hope this gets you up and running.
First, I suggest you confirm that the PC isn't recognizing your tablet. If you have Windows 7, find and click on the "computer" on your start menu (down in the bottom left corner), or double click on a "Computer" icon on your desktop if you happen to have one there. It will open up a window so that you can see if your tablet is showing up there.. If it's not, then what I'm about to tell you, won't help you. But, if it is, that means that things are okay. You should be able to double click on your tablet... and it should open up a window showing you what's inside your tablet.
Now, if you happen to be running a Windows XP operating system or older, I would be skeptical of you having the drivers you need. If this is the case, you're probably going to have to do some more research on the internet to come up with drivers. Note: on Windows 7, very seldom does something that you plug in, immediately show up on your desktop. This is for purposes of security... to help avoid you all of a sudden getting a bunch of bad viruses from a flash drive or something like that that you might plug in.
Before starting, make sure that the tablet is powered off. Not just in sleep mode. Now press & hold both the UP and DOWN volume buttons at the same time.
You may find it easier to hold the tablet in the landscape position on a
table or on your lap while you hold down both buttons.
Next press and hold the power
button until the tablet buttons light up. It will take a minute to
happen, but when they do immediately let go of the power button ONLY.
Keep holding down both the UP and DOWN volume buttons. You only have a
second to do this other wise the tablet will continue boot up as normal
and you will have to start again from step one.
After a
bit of holding down both volume keys the screen will show the Vizio
logo. Then the logo will change to a TRIANGLE with an exclamation mark.
Now you can let go of the volume buttons.
Tap the home button to pop up the boot recovery menu.
Follow the instructions to reset your tablet. Pressing the up/down
volume buttons allow you to scroll up and down the list. A quick press
on the power button will accept your selection.
Wait for the tablet to come up.
