Question about Bose 321GS Series II System
Same problem here with the Bose 3-2-1...worked great for about 6 or 8 months. Then an occasional "Cannot Read Disk" error messages.
Gradually this problem increased over time and now it happens on about half of the DVD movies I rent. I knew this many disks could NOT be bad. Then I researched it oon the Internet - holy cow...I find so many reports from others having the same issues.
You know there was a time when Bose meant something - quality. Now all I can see it means - RIP OFF !!!!!!! They should call this system Bose 3-2-1-Hey-You're-Screwed !!!
I have read SO MANY others complaining of the same issue with the 3-2-1 that I CANNOT believe Bose will not do a recall and free repair for their customers. I have bought other Bose speakers in the past.
BUT...I have spent my last money with BOSE - NEVER AGAIN !!!! Fortunatley, I did not spend the full amount [$1,000] to purchase it, but still $800 poorly spent.
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
