if it is blowing at all, this narrows the field to a compressor issue, if the compressor is coming on, but not blowing cold it could be that the coils are dirty and need to be cleaned. They can appear clean from the outdside and be dirty on the inside.

you either have internal thermostat problems, selector switch problems or youve got a freon leak. to determine a freon leak is the units coil freezing up or is it dirty check filter first take unit out and to car wash remove housing and give it a bath dont plug it back in until its dry.hope this fix works if not work your switches remember they set in one position most all the time if freon call a tech

Two things can cause the problem you're having.

1. The drain hole in the condensation/drip pan is clogged.
2. The rear unit is not tilted down enough. 1/4" to 1/2" is the general requirement.

Both are relatively easy to solve. Although, sometimes persistence is needed to locate the drain hole. As the clog will sometimes blend in with the bottom of the drip pan.

"high" vs "low" dual control

could be problem with either switch of fan. try continuity across both legs of the switch then try continuity across the fan windings.
