Question about Philips Magnavox MS2530C 25" TV
About the best thing you can do is find a junk ACER monitor and take that one out. Buying parts separately for any lcd monitor/tv will cost you more then a new one (more times then none).
Where can you find one, Ebay, Craigslist, etc.. But make sure to look for a broken one, they will be cheap and worth while.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
