Sparks are usually due to loose electrical connections. If the sparks are from the breaker, it's either faulty or making poor contact with the buss bar in the breaker panel.

My 2015 viking spa circuit breaker keeps kicking off when i flip the switch, what do I need to do?

There is a capacitor on or near the motor that is most likely bad or the centrifugal switch inside the motor is intermittent. Service tech is needed

Breaker keep flipping offf is this normal. What do I need to do. IIts Hard to flip back on.

No, that's not normal. It could be a problem with the breaker, or (more likely) it's tripping for a legitimate reason --- something's wrong with the wiring or something plugged into the circuit. You should call an electrician, but you can do a little trial and error. If this is the main breaker, then turn some of the branch breakers off to see if you can isolate the conditions under which it occurs.

Breaker keeps flipping off

Resetting the breakers please...don't.... it may cause a fire or the like... The Breaker is tripping because there is some fault to earth... IT is VITAL you get a Registered Electrician & get him to check it over. DO NOT TOUCH IT WHILE THE POWER IS ON! It could be LETHAL..
