when there is no memorycard in I can work white the camera.
when the memorycard is in the camera doesn't work, then you take out and turn of ON it's ok when you put the memorycard in when the camera is on it's ok.

The problem could be that the memory card that you have isn't compatible with your camara. Try getting a memory card form a trusted company like Staples. If that doesn't work try taking the camara to the shop and tell them the problem. The camara might be a fake brand. I hope this helps! :) take care
