I am just wondering what the best recommendation would be to try and get Hitashi to cover fixing a DEFAULTED part they put into mass production. Customer Relations won't do anything to help accomidate and I find it slighly wierd a large company can get away with knowing the part is a lemon.

I have a sonicview monitor vx2235wm. I unplugged it from the computer and moved the computer. Now that it is plugged back in it says "no signal digital" I moved another monitor to it and it says the same thing on both computers
