Once there, use the pull down boxes and pick your information. After all of that is put in, put in the 'Subject' box the serial number( L1730SF ) and it'll come right up with a file for you to download.

OK, a monitor usually does not need any drivers to be installed. Hence, if the screen keeps disconnecting you might want to have a look at the connecting point between the monitor and your computer and the power connection.

Try different VGA cables and power cables, let me know if the problem persists, so we can try something else.
