Is it possible to get a P0421 code from the OBD computer when the engine light is not on?

Yes it is and it would mean that the problem that caused the P0421 has either been corrected or is intermittent and is no longer in the state causing the failure. P0421 is a code for Warmup Catalyst Efficiency so there. Like be an intermittent problem with an O2 sensor or the catalytic converter may be starting to clog.

6 beeps what dose it means

Dell beep codes:

If your computer beeps during start-up:
Run Dell Diagnostics to identify a more serious cause.

Beep Codes Your computer might emit a series of beeps during start-up if the monitor cannot display errors or problems. This series of beeps, called a beep code, identifies a problem. One possible beep code (code 1-3-1) consists of one beep, a burst of three beeps, and then one beep. This beep code tells you that the computer encountered a memory problem.
If your computer beeps during start-up:
Dell Diagnostics to identify a more serious cause.

Contact Dell for technical assistance.

Where is the drivers power seat fuse located

If the fuse is blown, what are you going to do? Replace it so ANOTHER fuse can blow? Blown fuses do not cause electrical failures, electrical failures cause blown fuses.

With that said, I do not have access to the information you are asking for anyway. Magna was never built, imported, or sold in the United States. I only have access to service information for those that are.

Our Aussie friend Magna, is however, very similar to the Mitzubishi Galant that is sold here. Galant's seats are powered by a 30 Amp fusible link located in the underhood fuse block. It provides power to Pin #1 at the seat switch (BLUE WIRE - HOT AT ALL TIMES). I think Magna would be similar.

Crashes every 30-45 min ilet it cool down and restart

check the fan first, then the heatsink on the CPU. Clean the computer with compress air, make sure all the dust bunnies are out, and the fan is in working order.
there should be 2 fans, 1 for the CPU and 1 for the power supply.

computer failure usually cause by overheat, which cause by the defective fan.

Machine freeze up randomly. Must do a hard shutdown. Seems like a motherboard failure

Freezes and crashes are generally caused by some sort of instability in the computer system.

The following is a list of specific problems that can cause instability along with what to check when troubleshooting each.
Viruses can cause instability.
Run a virus check on the computer to look for a possible virus.

Conflicts can cause instability.
Check the Windows Device Manager to see if there are any yellow exclamation marks or red Xs beside the listings for device classifications. If there are, contact Tech Support.

Buggy or damaged software applications can cause instability.
If the system is less stable when certain software programs are running, shut down those programs and see if the problem continues to occur. If the problems stop, chances are that those software programs are causing the problems.

Buggy, outdated, or conflicting drivers can cause instability.
Check manufacturer web sites for updated device drivers for the various devices installed on the computer system, such as: printer drivers, modem drivers, video drivers, sound drivers, USB device drivers, etc.
Update one driver at a time and see if the system stabilizes. If this doesn't work, it may be a hardware problem, so contact Tech Support.

AC problems can cause instability.
Check to see if the computer system is plugged into an overloaded outlet.
Make sure the computer system is plugged into a surge suppressor.

The installation of new devices can cause instability.
There are three typical symptoms that point to this problem:
The computer system fails to boot, freezes during a boot, or freezes during an operation for no apparent reason.
The system fails to recognize the newly installed device.
One or more software applications fail to function as expected after an upgrade.

Hardware failure can cause freezes

Fan failure, cpu failure, memory failure, could be also a cause of freezing.

Keep track of the hardware and software that is added to a computer.
The addition of new hardware and software can often cause problems to occur.

Speedometer

Sorry guys, but you may be facing a TCM failure. This is the computer brains of the outfit that causes problems such as erratic gauge performance, flashing map lights and surging of the engine. But it may not be either. Only a complete computer diagnosis can tell for sure.

TCM = They Cost Much $.
