Help with samsung sgh x830 phone

I just bought a samsung sgh x830 off a guy i know..the problem is i he just sold me the phone and nothing else. He gave me the manual but it was in italian. i dont know how to up load music on it nor what systems to use. help!

    I have this problem with my samsung SGH-X830. the problem is; when I was recieving sound from my friend the phone suddenly want off, till now the phone have not come on. So I don't know what to do, even whe n I pluged into my computer it cannot dected it. Please help me with the solution.

Sim lock on samsung sgh-x830
There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

www.samsung.com/uk/support/download has software for this phone. Just follow the links for the SGH-X830. I did and it was okay. I downloaded the manual, not the software.

you can call tmobile and just let them know ur problem...what they will do is send you something through a text message and once u open it...it automatically changes some settings so that ur phone can send and receive picture messages
