Error #134 is a registry error caused by a poor or corrupted registry entry.
There are a number of ways to fixes this.

- Copy the file expansion-speech-enUS.MPQ and renamed it speech-enUS.MPQ in the same folder.
- Some people say rebooting their computer fixed the problem. Many systems repair the registry on reboot these days.
